When restrictions arise, not only the local tissue gets restricted, which limits blood, lymph, nerve conduction, and metabolic processes, but also non local areas get affected..


Thinking of that web, one part is plucked, and it’s felt on the other side of the web..


Our tissues are no different..


Your shoulder issues can be connected to a restriction in your diaphragm, hip flexors, even the bottom of your feet..


MyoTherapy utilizes a combination of Myofascial work, active release therapy, passive/active stretching, PNF techniques, as well as breathework guidance and grounding techniques, to not just release the tension, but the pattern creating the tension.
