Our body is a system of slings and pulleys. Each area of the body, pulling, or anchoring another. When you meet a practitioner that understands how these forces dispersed through the body, then you found a practitioner that can address root cause issues. Often, where pain presents is not where the issue is emanating from. Having a balance of intuition and intellect is key. Following tension patterns instead of just chasing pain is key. Connection is key.
